Separate Ways

After three years, fourteen shows, and one album, it’s was finally time to take my music in a different direction. After much deliberation, I decided that it was time for a break, and then to go back to the drawing board. Over the next few months, I’ll be exploring new sounds, and writing new material, pulling from many musical genres of days gone by.

Charles; meanwhile, is already hard at work, working on his next project. I will certainly be keeping everyone posted, as more details become available. I also plan to collaborate on that, and am looking forward to hearing what Charles is working on.

Stepping out from certainty to uncertainly, my hope is that boldness will rewarded, and that everyone involved will be in a better place for it. While I don’t have expectations for where we’re headed, I do know that I’ll be back, and can’t wait to share some of the new stuff that I’ve been working on.

In the meantime, we shot a little impromptu movie during our trip to Oak Harbor. Hopefully you guys enjoy the humor here, because that’s what it’s all about.

I’m excited to share with you the culmination of countless hours of writing, practice, and collaboration. It’s my hope that someone dances, smiles, or is otherwise inspired by the music that we’ve created.
